What’s your definition of the word Discipline? At the time of this writing I’m on the flight back from a two-day mastermind with Dean Graziosi and The Edge Mastermind.com team. On day 02, Dean opened the day by sharing his thoughts on discipline and ask the audience for their definition of the word, and as I listened to the various answers it brought up something interesting for me...
Have you ever had someone say something and it just hit you like a ton of bricks? I experienced one of those moments earlier today. I’m currently at one of the masterminds I’m a part of and we had a speaker who covered the process of building out processes. He said something that really hit me like a ton of bricks. Not necessarily because it was something completely new, but because it was something I’ve heard multiple times before and just haven’t implemented it.
How well do you feel you leverage the down time you experience while traveling. He can relate military leadership and/or jujitsu to just about anything. I’m that way with sales, coaching, leadership, nlp, soccer, and parenting to name a few. But there’s another phrase I like to Reflect on that really brings meaning to the phrase...
I wonder how many of you reading this have ever felt like you’re a failure? Whether it was a fleeting moment after failing a test, losing your job when you least expected it, finding out a fellow entrepreneur has scaled twice as fast as you have, or just feeling like you can never measure up, I’ve got good news for you!!! And it’s the either key assumption of NLP...
Have you ever witnessed a kid do something that made you think… “what the hell did they do that for” or “why the hell are they acting that way”? Or maybe you, like me, wonder what motivates someone to do something. Whether that be positive or negative you question the motive. The seventh key assumption of NLP gives us some insight in those areas. It says...
